LuckyTaya Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LuckyTaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and LuckyTaya ("LuckyTaya", "we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of all products and services available at luckytaya.best, including sports betting, esports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and the LuckyTaya VIP Club.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager at LuckyTaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — including any additional rules, game rules, bonus terms, and policies referenced herein such as the LuckyTaya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If there is anything in these Terms that you do not understand or do not agree with, please contact us before creating an account. Once you register, continued use of LuckyTaya constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

To register and use LuckyTaya, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckyTaya strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify your age during registration and at any point thereafter.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is legal.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of LuckyTaya or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or had an account terminated by LuckyTaya for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

By registering at LuckyTaya, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. LuckyTaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

Age Verification

LuckyTaya takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to suspect that a member may be under 18, LuckyTaya will restrict access to the account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be voided if the player is found to be underage.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active LuckyTaya account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms. LuckyTaya uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all related accounts may be closed and all balances and winnings may be voided.

Account Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update that information promptly if it changes. LuckyTaya will not be liable for any payment delays, failed withdrawals, or other issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. LuckyTaya will not ask for your password via any communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

Account Closure

LuckyTaya reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance subject to fulfilled wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe upon account closure.

Accepted Payment Methods

LuckyTaya accepts the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. LuckyTaya does not accept payments from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at LuckyTaya is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are published in the cashier section of the platform. VIP members have progressively higher limits as detailed in the VIP Club terms.

Processing Times

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are credited immediately in most cases. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 15–60 minutes for standard accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet or direct bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business hours during normal banking hours. LuckyTaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Currency

All transactions on LuckyTaya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). LuckyTaya does not accept wagers or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Exchange rate risks associated with international card transactions are borne by the account holder.

Anti-Money Laundering

LuckyTaya is committed to preventing money laundering and may request identification documents, proof of source of funds, or other verification materials before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

All bets placed at LuckyTaya are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once LuckyTaya has processed the wager and issued a bet confirmation. LuckyTaya reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason. Bets placed after the start of a match or event (except live/in-play bets explicitly offered) will be void.

Odds Changes

Odds at LuckyTaya are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which the wager is accepted. LuckyTaya is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed in error or that changed between your selection and your bet confirmation.

Void Bets

Bets may be declared void by LuckyTaya in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours.
• Incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.
• The match result is officially overturned due to fraud, match-fixing, or regulatory ruling.
• The bet was placed by a player whose account was suspended or in breach of these Terms at the time of placing.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the member's LuckyTaya wallet in full.

Live Betting

Live/in-play betting markets are subject to the same general betting rules. LuckyTaya's live betting feed uses real-time data, but brief delays may occur. LuckyTaya reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void live bets placed during periods of data feed outage or incorrect data.

LuckyTaya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• LuckyTaya bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• LuckyTaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

Bonus Abuse

LuckyTaya monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors to accumulate bonus funds, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, and placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, LuckyTaya may void all bonus funds and related winnings and may close the account involved.

Cashback Offers

Weekly cashback at LuckyTaya is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period and credited automatically. Cashback is subject to a 1x wagering requirement with no minimum odds restriction unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Cashback cannot be claimed alongside other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

The LuckyTaya VIP Club is governed by the general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific VIP Club programme rules published on the VIP Club page. Membership in the VIP Club is automatic for all registered LuckyTaya accounts, with tier advancement based on VIP Points earned through qualifying wagering activity over a rolling 90-day window.

LuckyTaya reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures, and point earning rates at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme via the platform or email. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at LuckyTaya. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the LuckyTaya platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the LuckyTaya platform.
• Exploiting known or suspected software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Using LuckyTaya for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing another person to use your LuckyTaya account.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward LuckyTaya staff or other members.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person for financial gain (acting as an unlicensed agent).

LuckyTaya implements industry-standard security measures to protect member data and funds, including SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the platform, segregated player fund accounts, and regular security audits.

Members are responsible for the security of their own devices and login credentials. If you believe your LuckyTaya account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via our support channels. LuckyTaya will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure the account.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the LuckyTaya Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using LuckyTaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy, in compliance with Philippine data protection law.

LuckyTaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all members. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Available Tools

Every LuckyTaya account includes the following self-management tools, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from LuckyTaya. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, LuckyTaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures outside LuckyTaya's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses resulting from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
• Any reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute professional financial advice.

LuckyTaya's total liability to any member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits LuckyTaya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

LuckyTaya reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of LuckyTaya after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms were last updated in June 2025. The current version always supersedes any prior version. LuckyTaya recommends that members review these Terms periodically.
